3How do I arrange home care for myself or a family member?
All our Safehands Health Care consultants are happy to guide you through the whole process of arranging your live in care. They will first talk to you over the phone. If you are happy, they will book you in for an assessment of your care needs. Next, we will assign you a carer that is not only professional and experienced, but also a good match to you in terms of your personality and interests.
4Do you have services for those out of your location?
Our live-in care services cover the whole of the UK.
5Do you ever follow up the progress of the carer and the client?
We provide an ongoing support to both our clients and carers. We do spot checks to make sure that our clients are happy with the service that we provide. We also register everything in the digital care management system called Pass system.
6Are your home care staff trained?
All our staff are trained to the national minimum standards required by the local regulatory bodies. Over and above these, staff are encouraged to undertake personal development and attend additional training courses. Specialist training courses are also provided to staff to ensure that they are fully trained to undertake more complex care needs.
7 Are your home care staff insured?
Yes, all our staff are fully insured for both personal and public liability.
8Are you registered to provide home care services?
All our offices are registered independently and are inspected by the relevant regulatory bodies of the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Care and Social
